专利摘要:
Protective gloves and the like and a yarn comprising a core of a flexible wire alongside an aramid fiber strand or strands and a covering of aramid fiber such as that manufactured and sold under the trademark "Kavlar" by the DuPont Company of Wilmington, Delaware in which the aramid fiber is either spun or filament. Two aramid fiber strands, either spun or filament, are wrapped around the core with one strand wrapped in a clockwise direction and the other strand wrapped in a counter-clockwise direction wi h the opposite spiral wrapping of the strands serving to secure the strands in position on the core without any other securing means. The yarn having a flexible core with aramid fiber strands wrapped thereon is used to make protective gloves on conventional glove knitting or weaving machinery and is capable of movement in relation to needle eyes and the like without jamming in the same manner as various natural and synthetic fiber yarn. The yarn having a flexible core with aramid fiber strands wrapped thereon is also used in making various other products normally made of conventional fiber yarn.

2, Yarn pop.1, distinguished by the fact that stainless steel wires are annealed.
3. Thread POP.1, characterized in that the threads of aramid fibers have a linear density of 22-167 tex.
4. Thread POP.1, characterized in that the threads of aramid fibers are made in the form of a yarn with a linear density of 16.71,000 tex.
The invention relates to the textile industry and relates to reinforced yarns for the production of high-strength articles, in particular protective gloves on knitwear. The known reinforced filament for the production of high-strength products, containing a flexible core, made of no more than two metal components in the form of wires and entwined in two opposite directions with chemical threads L. In this thread, metal wires are made of copper, as a result of which the reinforced thread due to the softness of copper cannot be used to obtain products on three kotazhnyh machines due to possible jamming it in knitting needles in the manufacture of gloves. Moreover, chemical wrappers do not provide durability reinforced filaments in the product to the impact of sharp objects. The aim of the invention is to increase the strength of the yarn and improve its performance by using the yarn to make protective gloves on knitting machines. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a reinforced filament to produce high-strength products containing a flexible core made of no more than two metal components in the form of wires and entwined in two opposite directions by chemical threads, each metal component of the core is a wire and stainless steel with a diameter of 0, 100, 15 mm, and chemical filaments are made of aramid fibers. Stainless steel wires are annealed. Yarns of aramid fibers have a linear density of 22-167 tex. Aramid yarns are yarns in the form of yarn with a linear density of 16.7-1000 tex. FIG. 1 shows a reinforced thread; in fig. 2 - protective glove made of reinforced thread. Armored thread 1 contains bend | cue core made of one or two annealed wires 2 with a diameter of 0.10-0.15 mm stainless steel. The core is twisted in two opposite directions with twisted chemical yarns 3 and 4 with a linear density of 22-167 tex, made of aramid fibers. The core may have one or more aramid yarns 5. Instead of yarns 3, 4 and 5, a linear density of 16.71,000 tex can be used. From a reinforced yarn 1 on a conventional knitting machine, a protective glove 6 is used. The use of an annealed wire with a diameter of 0.100, 15 mm made of stainless steel makes it possible to produce stable sticking out of the reinforced yarn of the product without jamming it in the needles of the knitting machine and without breaks. The presence of aramid fibers on the core increases the resistance of the reinforced yarn and articles made of it, in this case gloves, to the effects of sharp and piercing objects and, accordingly, its strength. In addition, higher resistance to cutting the thread
